Specialized care for high-risk patients and pregnancies
BryanLGH Center for Maternal & Fetal Care works with you and your doctor/healthcare provider to develop the best plan of care for you or for you and your baby.
Consultative services are often requested for:
- Planning a pregnancy/early in pregnancy - for patients who have diabetes, hypertension, lupus and other chronic conditions to review how these conditions may affect or be affected by a pregnancy. Strategies for optimal outcomes will be suggested.
- Problems during pregnancy - for patients who develop a problem during pregnancy or for a worrisome or confusing finding on an ultrasound done in your doctor's office or in Radiology.
- Ultrasound screens for genetic abnormalities.

Your caregiver will refer you for a visit with Dr. Malee.
