Requesting Transcripts through Bryan College of Health Sciences
All requests must be received in writing. Official copies of transcripts must be sent directly to the institution or agency requesting them; only unofficial copies may be released directly to students, former students, or parents of students. Transcripts are $5.00 (waived for current students) and are sent upon receipt of payment.
General Ordering Information
- A transcript will not be issued if a hold has been placed on a student's account.
- Allow up to 48 hours for a transcript to be processed; upon the date of receiving request.
- Cost per transcript is $5.00.
- Current students can print unofficial transcripts directly from SONISWeb .
- Faxed transcripts are not considered official. Verify the type of transcript needed before requesting a copy to be faxed.

Request Transcripts through National Student Clearinghouse
BryanLGH College of Health Sciences is now offering transcript requests to be done online through National Student Clearinghouse. This service will allow you to order transcripts on a secure website at anytime. You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card or debt card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.
Your signed consent my be required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent from will be generated for your order that you can return via fax, mail, or as a scanned email attachment.

Other Requests
Requests for copies of other records including health records, diplomas, and enrollment verification must also be reveived in writing; however, copies of these documents may be faxed or issued directly to students. Health records may also be printed by current student from SONISWeb .
