As a new member of BryanLGH LifePointe, your total health experience begins with a health assessment and program orientation. A health fitness professional will meet with you to discuss goals, develop a plan to meet your needs, and provide personal orientation to our cardio and strength training equipment.
A variety of exercise classes are available to you seven days a week at LifePointe - from the early-bird Boot Camp to end-of-day yoga for stress relief, you will find something that eases you into new healthy habits or challenges you to the next level of your fitness goals.
