 A native Nebraskan, Dr. Cassidy Mitchell grew up in Omaha. He attended Creighton University for both undergraduate and medical school.
Dr. Mitchell spent five years at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa, completing a residency in general surgery. He spent one year as an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Trauma at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Dr. Mitchell completed his plastic and reconstructive residency at the prestigious University of Miami. There, he trained with many of the leaders in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Mitchell is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery.
Dr. Mitchell is a member of the American College of Surgeons, and the Lancaster County Medical Society as well as a candidate member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Mitchell specializes in the full scope of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
