A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Dr. Miller attended Cornell University in Ithaca, New York where he completed his undergraduate studies. He went on to earn his medical degree and his PhD in molecular biology from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City and his cardiology fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospitals.
Dr. Miller is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the National Board of Echocardiography and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology.
