We accept most major insurance plans, including traditional Medicaid and Share Advantage. You do not need to be 'in-network' to use Urgent Care at LifePointe, however we advise that you check with your insurance carrier to determine the percentage of the visit that you will be responsible to pay.
We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Co-pay is due at time of visit. We will bill your insurance company.
