When Calling
StarCare's dedicated air ambulance is available to any patient with critical care needs. We are able to transport patients to and from any medical facility. Any healthcare provider or rescue/law enforcement agency may request our services.
If available, the following information will be helpful to our team:
- Your name along with referring facility and physician
- Receiving facility and physician - if available
- Location of patient or accident scenes; cross roads or GPS coordinates
- Brief report of patient's condition or chief complaint
- Any special instructions transport team needs to know
- Patient weight
