Your first appointment
We request our first-time guests arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to complete a short information form. This form helps your therapist/aesthetician customize your spa treatment. You also may select your choice of music to enhance your spa experience.
To complement your spa experience, we invite you to enjoy our whirlpools and saunas before or after your appointment.
Late arrival/Cancellations
Guests arriving late may be asked to shorten appointments. Guests arriving later than 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule.
Appointment times are reserved especially for you. A 24-hour notice of cancellation is requested and appreciated.
