Aerobic Express
This class offers a variety of aerobic activities from dance aerobics to step to circuit that keep your heart pumping. Class ends with exercises for your core and a relaxing stretching segment.
Aerobic Dance Plus
A well-rounded class for beginning and intermediate exercisers. Includes cardio, strength training, flexibility and relaxation.
Aerobic Training
This class will increase your cardiovascular endurance by utilizing the track, stairs, cardio equipment and a variety of aerobic exercises.
Step
Cardio workout to upbeat music. Step varies from four to 10 inches based on fitness level. Strengthens and tones upper and lower body while increasing your cardio endurance.
